Workplace Pressures and its Impacts on Health

The Michael G. DeGroote Health Leadership Academy was proud to host a panel discussion on how leaders experience and manage their stress levels in the workplace. Researchers included Drs. Marissa Young, Erin Reid and Emile Tompa. The session was facilitated by Linda Morgan. Each researcher drew on their expertise to elaborate on how workplace pressures impacts health and what role employers, employees and society can do to improve the health and well-being of individuals and populations.
