Cancellations made 30-15 days prior to the program date will incur a 50% charge of the total program cost. Cancellations made within two weeks of the program date will incur a 100% charge of the total program cost. If for any reason a program is cancelled by Health Leadership Academy, we will provide a 100% refund.
