Sean Park moderates “Design Thinking and Foresight in Health Care Leadership“
March 11, 2021 at 4:00PM EST
Experience a taste of design thinking with Shift.
Shift is a new Health Leadership Academy program for health leaders. Learn and experience what it means to design for health in a human-centred way. Navigating the complexity of the challenges we face in health care requires creative action and keeping those we serve at the centre. Beyond health care, the environmental, economic, social, political and technological changes afoot in the world need to be considered as we lead teams and organizations. This session considers how we might educate health care leaders in design thinking and strategic foresight, two complementary approaches to the above challenges.
